How do I get a freight quote?
Use the quote form on this site or email us at info@wedipllc.com. Include pickup and delivery ZIP codes, freight type, weight, number of pallets or pieces and your preferred pickup date. The more detail you give, the more accurate your quote.
What does my quote include?
Quotes cover linehaul and fuel. If your shipment needs extras such as a liftgate, inside delivery, detention time or appointment scheduling, we list those charges up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your load is dispatched, you get status updates at key milestones — pickup, in transit and delivery — plus a direct contact for any questions along the way.
What happens if freight is damaged?
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us right away. We'll walk you through filing a claim. Our full process is explained in the Return & Refund Policy.
Do you haul hazardous materials?
Hazmat moves are handled case by case and only when properly documented and approved in advance. Tell us about the shipment when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's possible.
